I’ve always wondered if a “little free science museum” was a viable idea, so when I read about the Uni Project in New York, I was very excited. The Uni is a portable reading room, but could easily be adapted to offer mini exhibits and hands-on activities instead of or in addition to books. Long story short, my prototype activity “How Old is Old?” debuted on the east coast recently – read about it here!
